Are the glock factory adjustable sights good?

I heard someone say he didn't like them because they were plastic. Anyone have them?

I completely agree and could not have stated it any better. Don't be afraid of "plastic" - the polymers used in the creation of a glock aren't the same crap plastics used in creating your old He-Man figures. This is space age stuff that can take almost as much, if not more abuse than metal(s).
