Bar Mitzvah outfit opinions? (:?

I'm going to my friend's bar mitzvah next saturday, and I'm going to wear a blue plaid dress with a belt, sits a little above my knees, leggings, flats, and have my hair half-up half-down on the side (basically have the clip on the side of my head, not directly in the back), and some bracelets/necklaces if i can find any
