Scope Mount/Sighting in question?

Quite a while ago I bought a Bushnell Trophy 4-16x50 scope to put on my gamo air rifle. I mounted it using beeman deluxe 2 piece high scope rings. It sighted in without a problem and there were no issues whatsoever. I recently decided to move the scope to an old winchester 190 (sears T3) .22, and I can't get it to sight in. Shooting from about 25 yards my shots always end up low, even when I maxed out the sight adjustments on the scope to go as high as possible. What do I need to do here? Could the problem be with the using the beeman scope rings? Any ideas?

most likely a mounting issue

You can take it to any number of places and have it bore sighted in for $10
