Con man posing as soldier hits Indianapolis
An Indianapolis man said he was just trying to help out a man he thought had just returned from serving in Iraq and was down on his luck. Is there a way to dye anything camoflage clothes to a solid color?

Is there a way to dye desert camo patterns?
Bleach doesn't even discolor them! There superpants! I have so many DCU pants left over and I want to dye some a solid color. I don't want to buy any. Does anyone know how to strip the multicolor pattern out or a dye that covers anything? Thanks for any help!

You can buy a package of dye remover such as the Kiwi brand or the Ritt dye remover. They are used to strip dye from fabric so that it can be redyed. I have found these products in the detergent sections of supermarkets and some hardware stores as well as fabric stores. I do not know if they will remove all the dye from camo's but it sounds like it worth a try. If you remove it dye them a dark colour.
