Fine Ideas for More Victorian Dress Styles, From Coats to Hat?

Well, my fashion sense is an odd one, that is for sure. I prefer to keep as much of myself covered as possible, no matter the temperature. Now, I like to style fairly simple, but I, recently, moved on to a rather lovely pair of...I guess you could call them Corsair Boots--Folded at the top, and flipped downward. Regardless, my current leather coat is getting on in years, and really, leather can be a beast to care for, especially with extended wear.

Any ideas for rather long, rather covering coats, with a classic styling? Even better, if anyone knows of some rather grand sites that sell a certain style, in all, or mostly, black. At ankle or shin length is a must, and a standing lapel or collar ideal. Also, any ideas on plum-less Cavalier hats or some fine tricorn; even top hats? My thanks, and good night.
