do tv aeriels mounted on the outside wall of the house release radiation?

my neighbour who lives in the flat below mine has erected a large television aeriel on the outside wall between my doaughters bedroom and our front room, there are hundreds of tv aerials but they all seem to be on the roof of houses, do they release radiation or are they safe?
