Neck Sizing Die
Which Reloading die to use?

If i wanna push back the headspace on the shoulder of a bottle neck rifle cartridge in about 2 or 3 hundred of an inch for easy chambering will a full length sizing die will do the job or there's a different die for it.
Another one is if i don't wanna crimp the bullet on a case and i have a Lee Crimp die along in my 3 die set for rifle will the bullet seating die squeezes the neck enough to hold the bullet in place like factory or reloaded ammo or i have to use the crimp die coz the bullet seating will not crimp the bullet enough since it had a crimp die along in the die set.Last one is what does it mean by bullet seating die with roll crimp in Redding 2 Die set.Does this die seats the bullet and crimps the case too in the process ??

If the shoulder on your brass has moved forward enough that the case will no longer feed, then it's either out of spec new (which I've heard of happening a lot lately, very rarely in the past), of the brass has been fired so many times that it's lost its elasticity and needs to be annealed. You'll have to be the judge of that. The resizing die, though, is indeed the one that does it, and just a twist or so deeper should be enough. You'll want to run some dummy rounds through your rifle, since too little resizing doesn't let it fit into the chamber, but too much can be dangerous. .03" sounds like a lot. Sure you didn't mean .003"?
Yes, "friction crimp" (no crimp at all) is usually adequate, but your seating die can be adjusted to give you a little bit of a roll crimp if that's what you want. Separate crimp dies are a minor convenience but not actually needed to crimp your cases.

bumps on the back of my head and neck, dont hurt but worry me?

ok, i have one alittle smaller than or the size of a dime on my neck and two around the same size on the back of my head that are across from eachother and they dont hurt, im 17 and feel perfectly fine the only other "problem" i have is dandruff that like wont go away and iv had dandruff for as long as iv noticed the lumps also they move alittle bit when you roll your finger over it, im very scared its cancer and i do not have a doctor right now b/c he just died please help

All you are going to get here is some possibilities, not any definitive answer. You need to go see a doctor and have those lumps examined. I'm sure there are plenty around that can answer your question.

Better than asking here, as you can see from the first answer you received.
