What sling is best for my Echo 1 G36C?

i bought this sling

cause it had pics of it on a g36c so i thought i could use it. turns out my sling adapters wont let the sling inside. the sling hook is too thick to get in and lock. what should i do?

Ask to borrow a thick black plain hair band, (anything will do really) and loop it through, and clip the lobster onto the hair band.
