Does the USMC allow woodland camo gear or is all gear of the coyote brown color?

Like vests, pouches ect. Or is it all marpat and brown

You will be giving an issue of gear once you get to your unit. Some unit will allow you to personalize your gear with additions or changes. All that comes out of your pocket. And some units will not allow you to wear anything you did not get issued. So when you get to your unit, all you can do is ask.
And to answer your direct question, yes some of the gear is still woodland. But it is phasing out.
