Do you need a special tool to adjust the L and the H carb. adjustment on my Poland Wild Thing chainsaw?

The adjusters doesnt have a flat head or phillips head,am thinking i need some sort of tool to turn the adjuster screws...You tell me..Thanks

Due to emissions the anti plugs have to be drilled out and the adjustment is under the what looks like freeze plugs the cost of repair will probably exceed the 100.00 mark or you can try yourself.
