I've got a PMR Special Edition. It's not a beginner gun, more of an intermediate gun. Don't let that stop you from buying it, it's a really nice gat and will be much better than a Tippmann or something for starting off, because it'll need to be maintained better and so it'll get you some experience.
Anyways, don't get the regular PMR, get the Special Edition. A lot of parts on the standard are made out of plastic, but on the SE they're metal and much more durable. The SE is only an extra $15 too, so you'll save money by not needing to spend so much for upgrades.
But don't listen to the answerer that said the Invert Mini is better. It's really only good because of it's size. It's one of the smallest, lightest guns on the market right now.
So in conclusion, get the PMR Special Edition to save money and time.
Have fun.
